BP oil leak

Is Gulf Mexico going to recover?

It has been almost a month since the Deepwater Horizon oil rig blew up, and oil is still leaking at an astonishing rate. From the explosion 11 workers were dead and millions of galons of oil were spewed into the Gulf Mexico.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) says that Florida will be the fourth state hit by the BP disaster.
Unfortunately scientist can't find any solution for the problem and for what i can see that solution isn't near...
The U.S. administration has already to the oil company BP's first bill, worth 69 million dollars, the total cost of cleaning and the effects of oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico... How much more it will be? Does BP going to recover from this loss? Is the Gulf of Mexico going to recover from this disaster?
Some of that question that only time will answer.
